Great videos. Would you get a survey if buying a guest house? I’m not sure what regular inspections they have, by they do have to meet many regulations to operate. So I’m wondering if all things that a survet would pick up, would already be addressed to allow them to operate safely and legally? Cheers
Jamie...when you say your build team do you mean you have all the required trades on hand when you need them? I have found if very difficult to get reliable tradesmen
