Happened to me today, called the support, was told to do the same thing, didn't work. I had this one for over 2yrs now, so I thought if I'm going to replace it, I'd open it up to figure out what happened then..there was no error message but mine just kept turning around, seemed like the wheels were strangled - so many hairs after 2 years that I had to loose the screws on the wheels to get the hairs inside the wheels out, I already cleaned the hairs outside and I couldn't even see the hairs inside!
Sometimes you need to make the pad wet before using.i has the same problem, and that's how I solved it. It doesn't start sliding very good on different flors in the beginning

Cub Hsu I just hit the front bumper few times and switch off and on. It self recovered for most of the times
