I'm born and raised in El Paso,Tx. And have no complaints about it I now live in California for the last 3 years and miss home every day. It's a nice place to live and raise kids with a mix of American and Hispanic culture and the people are good down to earth people. If your the outdoor type pick up a 4wd vehicle and there is no limit to how far you can explore the surrounding desert which in my humble opinion is God's country
For those who say El Paso is so boring: You can have your famous amusement parks and clubs which can be easily destroyed within seconds in a hurricane, earthquakes, etc., that are prominent in CA, FL, etc. We don't have to worry about those natural disasters nor high murder rates like you do. Neighborhoods are peaceful and quite. There's no constant police, fire trucks, and ambulances sirens. We don't have to scramble for safety, board up our homes, worry about blizzards, power outages for weeks, stock pile on food, no worry if our home will still be standing in any natural disasters including wildfires/mudslides/sinkholes. I can walk safely even after hours, rarely see homeless living in tents (skid row) for miles like in CA, don't see abandoned neighborhoods like NY, no trashed airport like Detroit with torn up seats! Cost of living is not high like it ridiculously is in San Francisco! I have visited many popular destinations but it's good to come home knowing I don't have to worry about those natural disasters, nor be stuck in traffic for hours in daily commute, muchless drive miles just to go to the mall or fast food restaurant! They are all over town, new ones built and no matter what side you live in, you can reach these places in 10 minutes or less! Also, it's less smoggy to the point where we can see the beautiful Franklin Mountains clearly not clouded in smog like other "fun" cities that are more polluted and less safe. My prayers and donations do go to areas affected by these natural disasters.
@@andythompson7725 Hmmm.... interesting. I've taken many trips west and all over the country. Still see clearly the sky and mountains. No trashed corridor outside of El Paso to Las Cruces. People more friendly. I think the issue here is you were offended, had to pick a bone with me because you most likely live in the cities or states I've addressed concerns. No place is perfect but some people prefer to live where they can breathe easier and in safer cities to raise families.
@@andythompson7725 You proved my point again, you just want to argue. I never called you a liar. Just my observations. Learn the difference. Screw off? Hilarious! No one asked you to reply to my comment nor be angry/hateful which makes you look immature. Say what you want, I'm not losing my sleep over it nor losing my cool. Life is too short. So God bless and you're angry antics are forgiven. Don't be a hot head, you're only hurting yourself and putting stress on your body not mine. Exodus 14:14

The people in El Paso are very friendly and welcoming. Hispanics tend to bond quickly with other races and are heartwarming to other cultures. The City has remained within the top safest city for many years despite being in the border to Mexico’s unsafe city and drug cartels. I have seen so much revitalizing in the downtown area that it’s starting to look beautiful and alive. It makes me proud. With all its peaceful surroundings within our desert and mountains we are still a continuous growing city, sometimes I forget we are a small city located in the biggest military base and with this in mind and the fact that we stand in an open carry state I don’t see people as violent as in other cities, we don’t hear about terror in schools or malls. We are just friendly and loving! ❤️ Our Utep students are brilliant, fun and loving! Go to Cincinnati on a weekend to find them laughing and making friends with you. If you come in the winter go to La placita San Jacinto and the Fred Loya residence and enjoy some Xmas light shows and a warm chocolate. I hope you get a taste of of our warmth as a culture. ❤️we love people visiting and we welcome you to our city!!!! We hope you stay and we hope you are proud of raising your children in a very safe environment with many outdoor activities to do.

As an Anglo living in beautifully hot and dry El Paso, I've found it impossible to go a day without being short-changed, consistently lied to for no reason, whatsoever, and generally resented. Knowledge of English is the first foundation skill required for US Citizenship, so El Paso conducts all of its Citizenship & Naturalization classes in Spanish. So much for 'good faith' efforts, eh?
While the southern border of White Sands Missile Range may be 20 miles from El Paso, Trinity Site (the location where the first atomic bomb was detonated) is about 160 miles north of El Paso in New Mexico.

I’ve live in El Paso all my life and I think it’s an amazing city although the wether is bipolar and the only wether we do have is I’m dying hot and cold and only cold with no snow it’s pretty amazing, a large city with a small city mentality, and honestly I already knew a few of these things since I have a parent in the army at fort bliss and my grandpa like to walk his dog near the Franklin mountain and finds a bunch of weird things like mines ( duds ) old Indian tools like arrow heads and collects them, but thank’s for giving out little city the attention it needs, good job 😁👍
This is a great city! The climate is excellent, love that the mountains and great hiking trails are right in the city, and, most importantly, its people are very nice. I went to El Paso fro work this Summer, spent six great weeks. I even ventured into Juarez and it was fine. El Paso has a great potential for growth as the baby boomers will find it a great place to retire.
Yeah I bet you're a guy though huh? Cause Juarez sure as hell wouldn't be safe for a woman. Haha. I'm from New Mexico but I go to El Paso every weekend for the bars but I wouldn't ever thinking about crossing to J town fuck that. 🤣🤣🤣
I saw a coyote a rattler a owl 2 scorpion s and a Gila monster with shades on it.They were alive, and ordinary ance, now I have to return these tequila and Kailua bottles to Juarez for my deposit"for the bridge fare, take care.
The El Paso Tin Mining and Smelting Company operated a tin mine on the northeast slope of North Franklin from 1909-1915. While the mine had the distinction of being the only tin mine ever located in the U.S., the venture was an economic failure. Today, a trail leading to the ruins of the mine forks off the North Franklin Peak Trail, just east of Mundy's Gap.
Better get your facts straight. The site they set off the first atomic bomb (the Trinity Site) was 167 miles north of El Paso...much closer to a town called Carrizozo, New Mexico
how about the hidden treasure on top of the franklins. La llorona on the banks of the Rio Grande. The famous graveyards in central El Paso like the Concordia and so much more if you dig harder.
I lived in El Paso most of my adult life. Moved to Seattle 10 years ago and the only thing I miss about El Paso is Chicos Tacos, Taco Cabana, Whataburger, Frisco Burger, La Malenchie, and all the great food at Bowl El Paso. LOL..Nachos were pretty yummy.
Seattle food is better, trust me on that one! Plus food in EL Paso is pretty much watered down versions of what you can get far better quality of in Albuquerque and Denver!!!!!!
I went to Seattle and loved it.Ot was sunny and perfect weather. The air so fresh.Does it really rain all the time?or mist Is the city in bad shape now?Did everyone escaping Cali ruin it like they did to Austin?Where is affordable place to live there with bot to much rain.I like El Paso.Ruidoso was cooler in the summer.I live in long island, been to 49 states, only missing Hawaii probably the best and most expensive, sadly i will not make it there. If you ever need my info just let me know.Crime is going way up AVERAGE house in El Paso is 165000 in New York 565000.Nice beach's and upstate nice mountains.Seattle energized me,can you swim in the summer or is it to cold?take it easy.I wish I was at taco cabana.
A few other facts about El Paso. In the National Cemetery across from the bus terminal by FT Bliss, there is a portion of it set aside for those "NAZI's that lived and worked there, There is a LARGE African Bee hive nestled in the Franklin Mountains. If you go up to the pavilion area where they do Shakespeare on The Rocks (highly recommended) and climb those hills, you will see old vehicles in the ravines. I think they were used for land navigation training. They had to have been placed by helicopter. If its such a safe city why do MOST of the house have BARS on the windows. During wind storms, Interstate 10 eastbound outside the city limits is closed to tractor trailers and vehicles towing campers because they will be blown over.
With caster range they want to start building there. There are still trails on the mountain that allow you to go on it and the bomb don't reach up there but when ever it is poppy season people who don't know (or just don't read the signs that lay across it by the road) tend to go in there and take picture... which isn't really safe e.e
yeah one of the safest yet I've only been here two years and driving down Montana avenue some guys waving a pistol out his window and screaming at people
Brian, since you seem to know all of the warts of El Paso, tell me about the water supply. I understand that in about 7 years the aquifers will be drained dry. Is that your understanding, as well?
Lived in El Paso after the Army......awesome people! Im originally from Virginia and alot of my friends told me its gonna suck cause its just Mexicans....i thought awesome! And the city has the most beautiful down to earth women in the U.S.! Awesome food! Is kinda boring and job market sucks but not a bad place at all!
I miss trespassing on castner range when I was a kid looking for unexploded ordinance. was always looking for grenades or dud mortar rounds to take home. c'mon dude, everybody who lives here knows all this stuff already.
There a under side in el paso its a very violent .many people die evrybody has a strap or there beating the crap out of each pther theres alot of hate and evil running lose on these streets much love to the central siders old and young keep your heads up peep game and always be ready. R'I'P to all the loved ones and friends we've lost this year.
the only bad thing of el paso is that everything is so far away, one day i saw a gym in the middle of nowhere. no houses or civilization near of that gym. i wished they would create more events accessible for the people cause everything is cheaper in Juarez with the same event and is no brainer to go there instead

Unfortunately, taxes are horrible!
I've hiked most of the Franklin mountains haven't found any live ordinance born and raised there bro
Nice production man!! I hope you continue doing more videos about El paso.

The author of "Blackkklansman" Ron Stallworth is from El Paso. This is based on a true "Best Adapted Screenplay" that won an Oscar in 2019.
😂 being in the military you find all this stuff out your first day here but Ep Tx is definitely an amazing city
My cousins live in El Paso,Texas and they love it they lived there all there life
El Paso’s weather is basically just always on shuffle except for summer
Nevermind that El Paso is in the top 10 for safest citys.
A missle wasn’t tested 20 miles from us because we would have heard a small blast
You left out the part about the lovely oil refineries
True
Lol i live here, the people here are quiet and kind
Germans never left Holloman Air Force Base. At least eight years ago there were still there.
Great video!!! I'm moving to El Paso this fall to be with my son and my grandchildren. I will be very careful!!
Bruh not even we have the best food tamales, mole,Chile rellenos everything and bests chips
But why are you mentioning Juarez?
I love El Paso, I have great memories there. Texas is the best..
i live in El Paso and i just really wanna move, but sometimes i really love it here. depends on the day.
CHICOS TACOS
Everybody mentions Chico's tacos. That's it? For a city of almost 700K not too much going on!
Barrrrfff!
iHebGT y super burro
They wouldn't let me use their parking lot for the Trump rally. Geez.
I live in El Paso Texas. Very interesting. 🤔

Werner Von Braun and his team of German rocket scientists took us to the moon. Awesome!
It sounds like a great place to vacation.
I do know El Paso is my home, and I love it!
Nice job!
With caster range they want to start building there. There are still trails on the mountain that allow you to go on it and the bomb don't reach up there but when ever it is poppy season people who don't know (or just don't read the signs that lay across it by the road) tend to go in there and take picture... which isn't really safe e.e
EL PASO IS PERFECTLY FINE SO BACK OFF
El Paso is shit
Fay actually el paso is great but thabks for your opinion. at least we. are a happy community
Fay, what the fuck you racist bitch

Brian, since you seem to know all of the warts of El Paso, tell me about the water supply. I understand that in about 7 years the aquifers will be drained dry. Is that your understanding, as well?
Was a nice place in 74. & 75 Juarez was a good place to drink when I was under age.
I would love to go to El Paso or just Texas in general one day.
Ok mate, idk where you found that 20 miles at but oh well
There go the 4 hours average rest point from Okc to Phoenix. Have to drive straight through the Navajo reservation, 6-8 hours!!!!
sure just hate on our city
Yep...
It just dull
Our city sucks if your not Mexican
I was just there for the Trump Rally. Haven't been there since I was a kid and I see it's grown a lot.
Billy Joe Hope you enjoyed your stay
@@RocksGaming seemed ok.
Chuck Norris filmed the famous 🎥 Movie "Lone Wolf McQuade"👍
Also courage under fire, coyote rain, Clint Eastwood was there for a filmography and so many other movies
All my fellow El Pasoians know that weather does what ever it wants
My old school was RIGHT NEXT TO FORT BLISS OMG
Went there once and liked it a lot.
I must have testicular cancer cause I have big balls....lol
is it just me or does the dude talking look like a mix between harry potter and clark kent minus the glasses
El Paso Rocks. Great Place to Live and Raise a Family.
Boston Mass. is fight city. Especially when the Sox play in Fenway...
They do have hiking trails that are nowhere near castner range XD
Does this guy even know EL PASO
the only bad thing of el paso is that everything is so far away, one day i saw a gym in the middle of nowhere. no houses or civilization near of that gym. i wished they would create more events accessible for the people cause everything is cheaper in Juarez with the same event and is no brainer to go there instead
I live in El Paso and its amazing
The sequel to Manos was already filmed. Jackie Neyman Jones who was Debbie in the film and daughter of "The Master" Tom Jones filmed it in Oregon.
Was there alot of blow job action in that sequel?
I ask because I heard the sequel sucked dick hard!!!!!!!!
That's why I love my home town...
Some of y’all have never left El Paso. And it shows...
I met some really cool people going to Utep and EPCC in El Paso TX. I love the weather and the stability in El Paso. I also notice when I got to El Paso in 2015 stationed at Ft.Bliss the girls love if you aren't Hispanic.
Even Asian guys.?
This makes me WANT to visit El Paso.....
