Pixel Sorting Effect in Photoshop

Today we gonna work with the Wind effect in Photoshop that has some interesting features that will distort the pixels and displace them in an inconsistent way that will create a pretty interesting cascade effect of colorful pixels melting from let to right or vice versa.
