🇳🇴 Askjell Solstrand, also known mononymously as Askjell, is a Norwegian record producer, musician and songwriter. He has grown as an affiliate with acts, including Sigrid, Aurora and Iris.
Askjell is the composer. He and Aurora are good friends and he has featured creatively and on piano in a few of her songs. This is a creative masterpiece on all levels. He knows how to use her voice and build music around it I'm sure.

Its a VERY emotional song due to the topic and he plays like a virtuoso. Its very moving. Maybe long for a reaction but If u have time give it a listen you won't regret it. Aurora sounds like an Angel.

Bergen has to be the music capital of Norway..... Both Aurora and Askjell is from Bergen.... If I remember correct he is cowriter and possible coproducer of some of Auroras songs....
Its definately the music capital of Norway (maybe the whole world, LOL)…and you also have Alan Walker, Kygo, Kurt Nilsen (the only world idol), Sissel Kyrkjebø (voice of Titanic) to name a few from Bergen.. 😜

One of the most emotional compositions I have heard! SOFIA could easily be the centerpiece of a movie soundtrack!
