- A trumpet player (Eric Meunier) proposes to his girlfriend of 7 years (Ashley Chalmers) at the famed University of Wisconsin-Madison Varsity Band Concert in the Kohl Center in front of thousands of people.
What an awesome band director for allowing this man to create a special moment for his lady :) Congrats you two!
This always makes me happy. The joy on the girl's face and her excitement as well as the encouragement and excitement of the Badger alumni and fans around them is Soooooooooo sweet.
Seriously, this is my favorite proposal video ever. Not flashy but I love the music, the atmosphere, and best of all, the moment between the couple. The joy and excitement of the girl were so pure. The ring had not even played a big part. So cute.
I love replaying this so I can see the reaction of each person by them
Though you don't hear a word they say, the clear transition from simply having fun with a song to unparalleled joy shared between two people is captured so wonderfully. That climactic moment that a movie will spend an hour or two to create is captured here in 2:48 seconds...
