Bella! You gotta start tracking your cycle, once you do that it’s literally the life hack of being a woman & navigating it. Your hormones play an insane part in our moods, we are literally a different person every day. Would highly reccomend reading the book ‘period power’ , it’ll be an absolute game changer! ❤❤
