    Welcome back to another weekly vlog! this week was a lot of fun although my anxiety has been pretty bad recently lol. I tried my best to be as open as possible with you guys. I went to London for influencer events, did a asos try on haul, b&m haul and more! I hope you enjoy this vlog xox

    18:44 - 24:00 I totally understand how your feeling!!!! I started saying no to drinks and nights out because of this feeling! Now people just don't ask me for a night out anymore because they know I'd go home early with tears and just ruin the night for them. Literally no one understood why my brain was thinking all this the second after having a drink, I'm so happy that it's not just me who gets like this! I haven't had a night out since Christmas and honestly I've noticed a massive difference in my mental health. It's took a few month for my brain to adjust but now I have much less daily anxiety. No social life but also way less debilatating anxiety which I'm claiming as a slay hehe.
    Ngl I hate it when people say all that generic encouraging stuff like 'but we all love you' and 'we all get bad days', yes that is all true but it's said so often that we're all desensitised by it now. However comparing these bad moments to times of pure joy is so motivating in my opinion.

    I know exactly how you feel about anxiety it’s so sad because we can’t control it and I even have social anxiety too I get panick attacks over the smallest things like I’m not gonna wake up on time for college or something and it makes us feel vulnerable but you can try watching something funny turn yourself of from the internet write down ur thoughts and just do something you enjoy don’t force yourself to do something you don’t want to you’re amazing ❤❤ and I love your videos 24:21

    I absolutely love your videos and you! you remind me so much of myself personality wise in general and I relate to so many issues about mental health that you talk about. As much as it saddens me to know that someone else is going through similar feelings as me, its so comforting knowing I'm not alone and someone else understands. thank you so much for being so honest as I can't imagine how hard it must be doing that with the audience you have. sending love your way and thank you 🤍x

    I agree with the drinking thing! I use to get that and so I went on a lot of nights out without drinking and missed a lot of things but then since my anxiety in general has got a lot better I’ve been fine with drinking again and I actually really enjoy casual drinks etc xxx occasionally if I’m feeling a lil bit stressed or anxious then alcohol does just amplify it, it depends a lot on situation though and the people I’m around 😊xx

    As we get older, we start to feel the effects of alcohol more, even when we don't drink too much. If you're already a naturally anxious person, alcohol can definitely make it worse.

    It could definitely just be the alcohol! Have you thought about doing some shadow work maybe to confront these fears? Maybe it's triggering some deep fears that you haven't processed? Maybe you can temper them, but if not then maybe drinking just doesn't work for you anymore. I think shadow work is a really good thing to do and journalling with that so you can explore these sides of you that you don't understand, so you're not worrying and judging yourself for it x

    Also if you have OCD then it sounds like it could be that? The feelings of guilt and also thinking you’ve done something bad, I guess it’s like intrusive thoughts but in a different form? Xxx it’s so annoying how our brains work lol
