What Jay P said but if you just counting macros and not caring about things like that you can have it in small doses, the problem is most people are drinking glasses of it like 250ml which is a LOT of carbs.

Perhaps this version fits too: 2 Tbsp of Coffee, 2 Tbsp of Sweetener, 1-2 Tbsp of flavored Proteinpowder (I use Marzipan / Danish Cinnamon / Smooth Chocolate... Think a lot of will fit - try it :) 3 Tbsp of Water. Same procedure with the electric mixer. For the Milk - Hazelnut milk + a little bit of Coconut milk , works for mee. Im sure that almond will work too. Give the strong coffee flavour, a touch of something different. Whats your opinion , about that?
I bought Zevic Erythritol Natural Sweetener. Too much in quantity required. Becomes expensive as well. Can you please tell me why is that so? Any other brand you would recommend for baking purpose. Cerovia stevia is good for me in sweetening lassi & chai.

Choose a different sweetener, or 50/50 or mixed with different type of sweetener, or use far Less

Milk has lactose. Think of it as dairy sugar. Cream and cheese has it too but just a fraction compared to milk.

I tried to make this earlier with equal for the sugar sub (which I know is not super keto friendly). I couldn't get it to whip with equal
