- Here comes my Marble Run Video 14. This time a bit more elements from my WHO IS FASTER channel. I love Marble Races :)

Normally I didn't want to upload this here. But I liked the figure that jumps up so much that I changed the whole thing for C4D4U. I hope for your understanding and of course I hope that you like the video.
There is also a small part where I find the lighting quite great.
At the moment there were a little less videos. This has several personal reasons. But I hope that I can clarify everything until the end of the year and then everything should run much more regularly. So please be patient with me. At the moment many things are changing in my life. I hope also here for your understanding.

I'd kinda like to know that stats for each one, actually. soft/hard, slick/grip, elastic, etc. Like a horse race or marble run :P
I know what you mean. With that, you could decide based on the parameters. For me, however, the balls always have the same settings and parameters except when I specify that directly (for example, in Softbody Simulation with Soft, Softer, Very soft). If I would change the parameters for the spheres here, the distances would be extremely large and difficult to capture for the camera and the viewer (if the distances are too large, the camera has to move very far away and the spheres are then very small).
@@C4D4U Ah, I see. Do you ever re-use a run/map with vastly different parameters? I understand trying to keep the camera tight, as re-running the map for a different angle could have different results, and having more than one camera would increase render time... I think? Anyways, always a delight to watch these!
@@fesworks Actually, I always try to show the spectators all the balls as close as possible. However, this only works when they are quite close together.
I use track parts often, but mostly I change the course a bit. In this case I will show the complete track again on my other channel WHO IS FASTER. The balls keep their parameters. It is enough to change only one part what is on the track and already the course of the balls will run differently.
The render times are an art in itself. A lot depends on the material (reflections, transparencies for example always take a bit longer). Also, if the camera is very close to many objects, the render time takes longer. My quality is not perfect but I try my best between quality and render time.

mir hat gefallen, dass man sich am start gleich fragen musste wie die murmeln nach oben kommen
Die szene wo die umgebung bis auf ein paar highlights dunkel war und die kugeln hell waren war auch nice, vllcht hätte da 1:15 besser gepasst (oder das wäre zu dominant gewesen, dass kann nat auch immer sein)
Das Aufblinken am Anfang hat mich auf eine idee gebracht: Du könntest evtl. mal die helligkeit der Kugeln ins Verhältnis zur Beschleunigung setzen, das wäre bestimmt ein lustiger Effekt

Danke Dir und schade natürlich dass du Dir keine Kugel vorher ausgesucht hast. Die Farbe mit der Beschleunigung zu ändern ist eine interessante Idee. Ich werde das mal bei einem Softbody Simulationsvideo testen wo nur eine Kugel zu sehen ist. Dann kann ich mal sehen wie ich die Beschleunigung verwenden kann um die Farbe zu kontrollieren. Ich weiß zwar das so etwas bei X-Particle funktioniert aber direkt im Programm für normale Materialien muss ich mir vermutlich etwas mit Python zusammenbasteln. Sieht aber bestimmt cool aus wenn das von Pink ins Blaue geht. Also blau schnell und Pink langsam aber natürlich fließende Übergänge. Danke Dir für diese Idee :)

Absolute dominant performance from silver today having an absolutely massive lead over everyone else. A bit of a time loss after hitting that massive jump but the lead was quickly regained. Their sponsors must be etremely happy. And on top the loser, pink team having a slight lead, only to then spin out and fail to keep up. Absolutely disappointing spectacle. Their team lead must be very saddened from that.
