Great interviews. Fascinating to learn about the experiences of half Japanese people both in Japan and abroad. Thank you!

    面白かったですね👏👏 Muy interesante!
I’m 100% Spanish, but I lived almost 12 years in Japan, and I still speak in Japanese everyday at home. I can read & write Japanese, & the most recent novels I’ve read are in Japanese. Right now I live in the UK & it’s been more than 10 years already.
    So my heart is heavily divided… I think I’m 1/4 Spanish, 1/2 Japanese & 1/4 English at heart 😅
The language in dreams is an interesting question. I didn’t know people spoke in their dreams 😅 I don’t… 😅 I think my dreams are more like silent movies.
But when I think to myself, it depends. If I’m thinking of doing the groceries, I think in Japanese, for instance. If I think of work, I think in English. If I think of calling my mum, I think in Spanish. 🤔

How could you tell that 😂 👏
Yes, she has lived in the United States as an exchange student.
