Very encouraging. Which week did your baby drop? Can you pls comment on the kind of activities you did during your pregnancy that you feel contributed to your going into labor spontaneously?
Thank you so much. It was 38 week like 37week+2days when my baby born.
And for activities was doing pregnancy yoga, walking, duck walk, crunches.
Soon will make video on how to take labour and things which help in labour.

See sab ka alag alag hota h. But you should always keep epidural last option.
One of my friend , she was not in that much pain and she had normal delivery with in 5hours of labour pain.

36weeks+2day m baby hua aur ek pura din m labour m thi mujh pata nhi chala. Aur pata chalne k bad 15hr labour m thi

Why don't they allow husband,to come in operation theatre with you all.
I don't know. They allow husband if there is normal delivery. But in operation theatre they don't.
