I Love this one so much! It opened up my heart to release some of the hurt I've been holding onto from when my older 2 sons where moved far away from me 4 years ago. Its a long story. My ex was abusive and the rest of the details don't matter any more. One of them is returning home to me tomorrow. He is 17 now. I haven't seen them much in 4 years and this is restoration time. My heart feels so much better after releasing those deep tears. Thank you and I love you too💖My baby is coming home!!!😄

Going through a breakup. I did this meditation while doing my ceremony with cacao and a microdose psilocybin. I experienced a new spiritual awakening while you were guiding me with your words. I re-experienced my own birth and felt a heavy energy lifting up from my root chakra. Shaking intensely and ending up with a shoot in my heart space. My whole energy shifted and all of a sudden I was smiling without control. Incredible this is to remember who you are. Love, light and power. God bless you ✨
