    Thats look like when you editing a model in a program and your mouse slips and now your characters face is longer than your grand parents walk to school.

    Thank you for this! I wonder if you might consider doing a video that shows the different ways to use it to get different types of points? Ideally narrated to provide some - uh - tips and pointers :) I mean, I get how it works theoretically, but in practice my results are still too inconsistent so now I have this crazy expensive sharpener that I'm afraid to use on any of my nice pencils! It seems that you are the only one who've provided anything instructional about it (or I'm missing the secret stash of MC videos!)

    I guess the last video was a hit. This can't be demonitized for any copyright violations either.

    I just subscribed to your channel and wanted to ask you if you could do a video on your collection of hazardous pencils. I watched the video in which you were going to give someone some pencils and I believe it was your third container of pencils were you were hesitant about giving him some pencils because you didn't know if they were hazardous. You said something about giving him some pencils, but you didn't want to kill him by giving him a hazardous one.

      This is a great idea, thanks for suggesting it. I'll add it to my list!

    Surreal.
    Surrealism.
    Sir Real?
    Surrealist pencil lengtheningist.
    ARISE, SIR REALISM!
    Okay, so the product is a "pencil plane," but might it also be called a "honer"? I only ask because a "Hohner" is an American harmonica manufacturer, so I'd suggest harmonica accompaniment to the long-form version of this (36 min honing -- or planing -- all the different Blackwing models in one video. SNAP!) as the perfect audio bg.

      Haha, need to learn Harmonica first!

    sudden uploads? and i agree with @Alfred Lee you did make a rather long pencil collar

    • @WoodGraphite
      @WoodGraphite  5 лет назад

      I guess there is an argument that the collar is *part* of the point, but I agree. Guess I need another video then (:

    To be pedantic, (because why not) what you've honed is a long pencil collar. The point is still rather tiny 😁

      I guess there is an argument that the collar is *part* of the point, but I agree. Guess I need another video then, stupidly long points included (:

      @@WoodGraphite I'd love to see a video of a stupidly long point. Have you seen the way the author Chris Riddell sharpens his pencils? (instagram.com/p/BnLUFouhgt-/?igshid=1huh1jderbk75)

    I hate how blackwings create so much eraser dust

    • @WoodGraphite
      @WoodGraphite  5 лет назад +1

      It's pretty universal. Some of the Japanese erasers are quite nice, and create little rolls or pills of eraser, rather than dust

    The actual “point” is hardly long. One could say, it’s almost pointless.
