So you have the same seed, and water the plants using the same treatment but your seeds were treated with different bioinoculants. Now you want to check which of the different bioinoculants had a significant plant growth promotion in comparison to the non-inoculated control. Do you use one- or two-way ANOVA? And how do you go about inputting your data for analysis?
