NieR: Become as Gods takes ROZEN+REVEN back to NieR: Automata. Much like the fast-adapting machines in the game, the two artists have leveled up their production since the days of their first foray with NieR: Glory to Mankind. Their sound here is sometimes darker, more mature, and overall more polished, thanks in large part to the wealth of collaborators they've brought in.
Within these eleven new covers, you'll hear the duo's hybrid orchestral-pop sound that blends heavy-hitting strings and brass, stark choir, textures of winds and synths, electric guitar, and a plethora of vocals from REVEN. The live orchestra sections were recorded by Sofia Session Orchestra and Choir in Sofia, Bulgaria, including a traditional Bulgarian Choir on several tracks.
The result is an intense trip back through the world of the game, but whether this constitutes Ending B or perhaps Ending C, D, or E is up to interpretation.

i have never played Nier, but i have done the final fantasy 14 raid based on nier and i really loved it and the music. this is so beautiful
I also did the raid knowing nothing about Nier. Started watching the anime when it came out recently, but quickly was on a hiatus because of covid. Ended up buying and beating the game during the hiatus and now its one of my favorite stories and soundtracks. Now all my XIV glams are based on the Nier drops lol

NieR Automata is an amazing game, and the music is absolutely phenomenal. This isn't even the best song, and it's still a 10/10. That's how good the soundtrack is
What an absolutely amazing rendition! I fell in love with NieR back in 2020. I been listening to the music ever since. I usually stray away from anything besides the OST. I went to the NieR concert recently. It was amazing. I'll never forget it. That said, I am grateful that I came across this version and gave it a listen. It is stunning. The instrumentals picking up around 2:40 and peaking out at 3:20 had me put this on repeat. Well done!!
This game is so nostalgic although I didn’t even finish it a month ago, I finished just before school a week, and honestly I cant stop thinking about how much of a masterpiece it is. Not only is it’s story a 10/10 it’s music is heavenly too
