Well I haven’t played a DG yet, but this guitar is so much fun to play. I did have a plek and a bone nut put on it. Very happy with the QC overall. The upgrades helped too.
I just learned sumfink. Sheraton Frequensator - different tuners and Epiphone Mini Pro-Buckers rather than the Epiphone Pro Mini Humbuckers of the Riviera. Get's confusing sometimes.

Just what I wanted, I wanted the sheraton 150th but not into vintage sunburst and didn't want the yellow/natural finish either

It is clear the guitar is capable of overdriven blues!
