This is one of my favorite tricks...if you can do it at a decent speed and balance correctly..you can do it in a large arc...I don't pull the brakes though...I just let the bike come around on it's own...it's all about positioning your upper body and using your non dominant leg for balance. Keep the videos coming..I subbed about 2 weeks ago and you seem to be updating enough without coming up with stupid ideas...just to get something out there..I like it.

Thanks man, when you do it without the brakes, does the bike ever stop, or does it continue rolling until you get your foot back on the pedal? I would love to get it without the brakes.

@@flatlandjourney oh it rolls ofc...at that point I generally foot down or use breaks once I am going backwards...I have not come up with a good trick to go into..once I did a backwards hang 5...but it was a total fluke...I'm not really good enough to link tricks together.
Also, are those the "Intrikate" bars you're using? if so, how are they..I wanted the mantis bars from FEC, but they seem to always be out of stock...

      @@nowherebrain ok that makes sense.
And yes, I have the intrikat bars in 9.5”. I really like them.

I can get into a fork glide, but everytime I pull the front brake, I just do a backwards endo. I think being 6'2" and hunched over 9" bars is my issue. My bars touch right above my kneecaps when I pull back. Just ordered 11" bars to see if that's makes a difference. If not, then will order a 22" BMX.

There are definitely challenges to being a taller flatland rider. I am also 6’2”. 11” bars may be a bitmore comfortable, but I’m skeptical that the bar higher is the culprit. Could you upload a video of you trying a fire hydrant? I can take a look and give some feedback.

@@flatlandjourney Thanks. Just rewatched your video. Think I just need more carve/momentum and practice flinging it around....as you say, break it into steps.
