A nice tip for scholders is you can farm the troll bosses in the temple of atal'hakkar, you can solo this as a rogue. They drop +20 FR scholders (Also dwarf masterrace for +10 FR racial)

Which ones? Atlas loot says Balcony minibosses drop a shoulder called Atal'ai Spaulders random shoulder enchant is that the one your referring too?

Generally i'd avoid making that one if you don't have it already, that ring costs 20 arcanite bars which is kind of crazy cost for value

You might be able to use less Frost resist now that blizzard went back to changing sapphiron damage to be lower again.

Sapphiron has 2.5x the amount of HP of huhuran and lasts the whole fight rather than the last 30%

Just grab a 20 FR ring or 2 right now when they're cheap bruv. Can easily snag 2 20-21 FR rings right now for a steal.
