  • In this video I moved to transparencies installation, but before that I finished yaw damper installation and also installed few more parts. In overall it turned out to be a nice windows installation, however I still have to work more on sanding/priming some areas to make it look perfect before painting. During this video you will notice that I installed a overhead panel from Aero Sport Products. Sorry but I missed to record the moment where I actually installing the panel. Installation was easy and involved some simple steps outlined in console manual from manufacturer. Finally I involved my two daughters in avionics beta testing process to see if kids can break the things..... and yes they did :)

Vlad, I really enjoy your videos mainly because of your attention to detail. Your panel is awesome and I look forward to seeing it's completion. We simply adore your two "beta testers". They are obviously very bright and it seems like they are anxious for dad to hurry up and get it flying. I can only imagine the fun you guys are going to experience when your RV is in the air. Keep up the great work. God bless.

Excellent video Vlad. You’ve got a couple of very busy copilot helpers too.😄

Very nice video, Vlad. Thank you for sharing your airplane progress and your family! Your daughters certainly have immersed themselves into the avionics checkout and are enjoying it. Good luck with your finish kit. I hope it arrives soon.

You made an excellent choice, buying Tosten control stick grips. I’ve had 2 different Ray Allen designs and Tosten are absolutely superior in every way. And the Designer/Engineer/Owner/Sales Rep is a super guy- the kind of energy and focus that truly supports and pushes forward EAB.

I love these grips. Flown with these grips in RV10 in California once and definitely want them in my airplane :)

Amazing work Vlad. I’m at a slightly earlier place in an RV9A build. I have a similar challenge in creating a fiberglass canopy skirt. Am planning a final layer of carbon fiber and then clear coat.

Thank you for your feedback! I have a feeling that after RV10 is built builder gets proficient not only in riveting but also in fiberglass work. Possibly VANs preparing us for one of the future RV-20 models out of fiberglass :)

I love your content! But for the love of god.. PLEASE TURN OFF THE BACKGROUND MUSIC. I want to hear what you have to say, between the music and your accent it takes away.
