Hi guys! I know that on Google, it says spaetzle the way you are saying it, but I grew up in a German household and I was taught that you say it with the beginning shhh sound with a quick p behind it, and then the end sound is lay. So phonetically it sounds like shh-p-etz-lay. That is just how I was taught to say it. Also, when you cook them, you don't have to stir them constantly, and I was taught that when they are boiling, and they are all floating, that is when they are done. They are a more aldente type of noodle, thicker and harder. Left over ones are good if you fry them in a pan with a little butter and onion, and then scramble an egg over them and fry altogether, with salt and pepper, yummy!!! Sometimes we would boil them just to turn around and fry them that way and eat them. So delicious!!! Happy diving!!!❤❤❤ Oh, and I was also taught that when you are cooking, you season everything as you go. Every layer or everything needs to be seasoned so that when you are done, it tastes delicious! Sorry, just my opinion.

Bland ground turkey .. Mix in some mushroom powder (I dehydrate and run through the blender). It gives it a more meaty taste. And of course fat. I save chicken fat to add to ground turkey because it is too lean to have much flavor.

I eat my yougurt the same as you Amy! With fruit and a cup of Kellogg's very berry cereal all mixed in. Straight yogurt is sooo bland and boring when eaten straight from the container. I like some "crunch" when I eat my yogurt🤪

I made a nearly identical cake because we're stuck in the house by freezing weather and I was bored. Homegrown peaches and blueberries, (frozen) topped by an Aldi yellow cake mix (way expired) mixed with a fruity seltzer water. It was super easy and not bad at all.
