I understand you have let several sales people go throughout the year and I’m so curious what’s the line of thought there. Typically commissioned sales people are at little to no expense to a company and just drive revenue. There is a lot of ways this works I.e draw vs commission pay plans, Sales training focused on prospecting and cutting unneeded positions that don’t directly drive revenue. I would love to hear more about this if your willing to share. Thank you for the content.
