    I have been meditating for 40 years and it is wonderful. Twice a day I am able to totally relax.I recommend it highly. You will love it.
    I want to thank The late Maharishi for bringing it to the western world and The Beatles for helping make it popular.
    Peace to all.

      Dear Charlie Schwartz, it is great that U have meditated for 40 years. Could U please share whether U have a spiritual awakening?

      40 years and it's still only twice a day? Do you fear transcending forever?

    That was great. I've been practicing TM since 1975, thanks to The Beatles, Merv Griffin and
    Maharishi Mahesh Yogi. It has saved my life.
    The deep relaxation is incredible.
    If you knew the benefits, the price would mean little.

      I got my Mantra 25 years ago. Can I still use the same mantra now that I’m 48 years old? I have the same one from age 23. I stopped doing it for a few years and want to know if I can keep my mantra? Thanks.

      Yes, you can use the same mantra you received when you were first instructed :) Since it's been awhile, we suggest scheduling a free follow-up with your local TM teachers to refresh your practice! You can find the teachers nearest you at www.tm.org/contact-us

    Is it normal for time to pass so quickly. I set my alarm for 20 min and I closed my eyes and actively meditated yet all of sudden my time was up. I'm just in aww of it,wow ..

    • @robertshuruncle9619
      @robertshuruncle9619 3 года назад +21

      I've been doing TM since 1973 and teaching it since 1976. Just a reminder the instruction from Maharishi is we don't want to set an alarm as it can be very jarring. The instruction is when you think the time is up just open an eye and glance at your watch. If time is up then take a couple of minutes to come out slowly and comfortably. If time is not finished then just close the eyes and continue. That can make a BIG difference in how smoothly you day does after meditation. Jai Guru Dev
