DAPT in 2023: How low can you go?

We discuss the latest guidelines and data for Dual Anti-Platelet Therapy (DAPT) after PCI, and review studies supporting shorter DAPT duration, including 1 to 3 months of DAPT followed by P2Y12 inhibitor or Aspirin monotherapy. We look at TWILIGHT, SMART-CHOICE, GLOBAL LEADERS, STOPDAPT-2, XIENCE 28, STOPDAPT-3, and other studies.
