I'm fully confident that Felix and Lee Know are the only ones that will never back down if the other members tried to kiss them, and thats probably why you hardly ever see the members doing this to Felix/LK. If they do they practically always go "oh you wanna? I'm down if your down just say the word"
i've seen LK back out with Han multiple times (the rest of them tend to all back out first except for Han lmao) but Lix actually said in an interview that he would essentially kiss them if they don't back down lmao

They been acting like cuddly twins since before debut e.g during ep 9 or 10 of StrayvKids survival show back in 2017, Felix and Minho were brought back to the team and given another chance to perform as 9 members, and at tt time Han immediately approached Felix and hugged him and the nxt thing they were like jumping together so happily 😂
I think the Stray Kids series will continue with Ben and Hanlix, the best friends ever ❤❤

They are so adorable I can hardly stand it! Honestly, I think for each of them, touch is one of their love languages, and they both love to hug and cuddle, so of course it's natural for them to do this with each other all of the time, when the other members are not quite as skinship coded, lol. It always amazes me how soft Lee Know is with Hannie and how touchy the two of them are, when LK is not like that with anyone else and in fact looks annoyed at Chan's hugs most of the time (even though he said on 2Kids Show how great they actually are, lmao.)

When I see the clip (0:13 being most common), I don't see it as either really seeking it. It's just a game of chicken. It is so cute how Han panics when Felix plays along, or plays his own game against him. He's used to that last moment ending in evasion and playfully violent escape. I think Felix plays with him (like a cat toy, lol), knowing he'd back down and feeling amused and victorious at his panic (0:45, 4:00, 5:10, etc). However, everyone is waiting for the day no one backs down, lmao
