Mine is very old - it belonged to my parents. I am certain that the song birds enjoyed that lovely snack! I just fed the birds again this morning. We received 30 centimeters of snow on Friday night, and it hasn't stopped snowing since! We are also forecasted to have a significant snowfall on the 24th. Poor birds, and I even feel sorry for the deer who consume my garden during the summer :) Your Christmas tree ornaments are beautiful! Lovely video as always and so soothing. I use empty toilet paper rolls, spread peanut butter on them and roll them in birdseeds. The birds love them Like you I find a place to place the roll so they can perch and peck at it. Sometimes, the squirrels steal them :), but I don't mind, they need to eat too in wintertime.
