Dont come back and say a&m sucks and Arkansas found a way to lose lol our offense struggled against their defense 2nd and 3rd qrtr but the 4th we threw on the afterburners and didnt look back.

When a team like A&M this season wins off defense and turnovers, everyone on social media favors the opposition because they love offense. This is the argument every week and is hard to gauge A&M. Ruffino was correct on all his assessments. If Reed plays, he better get better at downfield accuracy or A&M loses. There's been 30+ points on wide open shots he's clearly thrown away since he got the start. This is why Weigman is QB1.

I have mizzou winning. Last two games mizzou had to face similar offenses (BC, Vandy). Not the greatest through the air but phenomenal on the ground. A&M will have the athletes and talent obviously.
Last year Mizzou was the hunter, no one expected much out of them. They won 4 games they could have easily lost. This year they are the hunted and will get everyone’s A game
Considering Mizzou’s offense is basically all the same guys as last year, with the same OC, they SHOULD be putting up much bigger numbers than they are. Super disappointing so far, but these guys were great last year and I still have hope they will get back in rhythm. One area of focus: their play calling once they have crossed the opponent 40 has been very conservative. With the bye week, let’s hope they figure some things out there

BC with Castellanos was good. Vanderbilt played good we didn't and we still won. Have we played to our potential? Not close. If we play well vs AnM we win comfortably. If not it'll be a nail biter. Once Brady connects on one of these deep balls I think a weight will be lifted on our offense and things start to click. Haven't hit one yet teams are playing very safe on back end knowing our threats. Hey we may have to just gash runs til they come up.
Opposite. If A&M plays to their talent, they destroy Mizz. Mizz is over matched in overall talent. However, Ags have NOT put it together an entire game. If they struggle, major nail biter. A&M defense is ferocious and one of the best in college.

Missouri has played no one, and it took them 2 overtimes to beat Vanderbilt...VANDERBILT...lol I'm not saying A&M wins, but let's not pretend Missouri is a legit playoff team. A&M has not allowed more than 23 points all season.

According to ESPN, Texas A&M Ranks #1 in the SEC in returning production at 72%. 247Sports ranks Texas A&M #4 in portal transfers. A&M is #4 in CBS Sports’ ranking of BCR (Blue Chip Roster) with 79% of their roster made up of either 4* or 5* ranked athletes, only behind Ohio State, Alabama and Georgia.

Mizzou beat Mid Tenn 23-19 last year and went on to go 11-2 and would have been in the playoffs. Give me a break. Mizzou is the better team

If you are a playoff team from the SEC, which all Missouri fans think they should be, then you should blow away BC and Vandy by more than 2 scores. Have you seen their rosters? These are schools that don't even bother going after 4* and 5* athletes because it's a waste of recruiting budget. Their rosters are made up of the "Bad News Bears" discards. Missouri is loaded with 4* and 5* athletes. They should wipe the floor with BC and Vandy. LOLOLOL
Why do people continue to talk about Texas A&M's talent? If they are so talented, and are having elite recruiting success (which they are), why are they only winning 7 games a year?
Luther Burden played like 3 quarters the first 2 games. He has like 12 catches for around 200 yards the last 2 games. The offense has been fine, just poor play calling in the red zone. I think the coaches know that. Mizzou wins by 10+
I love MIZ but we won’t be able to run the ball and we haven’t pass blocked well enough to think we’ll do that well against a great DL. Brady isn’t good on the move and he’ll struggle to hit open targets. The D will be stiff but they’ve been good for a couple of blown coverage assignments a week. I expect the Aggie run game will eventually get rolling and the D will wear down. It’s close all game but Aggies get a couple of scores late 31-21 Aggies.

All this talk about Texas A&M being one of the toughest places to play is complete BS. Texas A&M is only 26 - 22 at home vs power 5 teams over their past 48 games. That is not what I consider a great home field advantage. How can Texas A&M be considered a tough place to play if they're barely winning 50% of their home games? They have a lot of fans but it's not helping them win. Mizzou wins by 14.

You guys are free to pick who you want but the rumor mill is that Conner Weigman might be available this game. You have to assume that could very well change the outcome either in favor or against A&M which makes this game a total wild card if he does play.

@@ruffinoandjoeshowthat’s tough. I think it really depends what you want out of the offense and where you are in the game. If hypothetically speaking Conner is available, I think you start Reed. And if by off chance you find yourself down two scores (3rd Quarter or later) you probably need to consider putting in Conner. He is the more accurate passer and likely gives you the best shot at a comeback victory.
Is this the same A&M team that struggled with Ball State and Arkansas?
Mizzou might have fought a few tough ones but I still think they have too much talent for A&M to handle. 27-21 Mizzou

Mizzou has been objectively, unequivocally the better program since realignment, yet because A&M has top 5 recruiting classes (which hasn't translated to wins) and has crazy rich alums they think that makes them an elite program lol
Missouri has averaged 7 wins since realignment. A&M has averaged 8 in a tougher division. Both have won a ny6 bowl in the last 5 years and the only thing mizzou has is a conference champ appearance which congrats but A&M has a hesiman. Missouri has 16 draft picks (5 in the top 3 rounds) and A&M has 17 draft picks (7 in the top 3 rounds) in the last 5 years.
But A&M has been by far the more consistent program since joining the sec. So saying “objectively and unequivocally” is just dumb.
