I tried your theory with many players from ronaldinho to even nicolas pepe... it didnt work for me, it seemed to nerf some in fact... what ive found is that you have to pick your stats based on players individual dribbling style.. Ex Ronaldinho was much more effective with 98 acc/ dribbling and 92 spd. Pepe was unbeatable with 91 acc 96 spd and 95 dribbling, both were previously 94 spd/acc/ dribbling
@ayntchytius Ronaldinho, I had it high acc and he felt awful, (AC Milan version). Soon as I changed it...he's unstoppable. Same for Maradonna, he was ridiculous but the recent update made him feel terrible.

I was using newest LW R10 from FCB, I got better results with strikers that had similar stats at Attack Awr/Acceleration ex: Aubameyang 93 Ovr 95acc/95 awr he's unstoppable even against top (400) rank in US/Mexico Region (I'm top 1300) ive also gotten good results from slower acc AmF by raising spd and dribbling for players like bergkamp and Bruno, I could see how your theory would help in the midfield for players like Vieira, or Gravenbrech

Hey Spoony, the levelling tip has been working well for me, even if all three stats are forced objectively low (high 70's), it allows the players to be more rounded in other ways. Howeverrrrrr have you discovered any ways to make defenders less complete chungus that seemingly often let attackers dribble through them as they cant turn fast enough? Wondering if it's just low balance that does this :? Anyway, would love a vid on defensive stats in the same way if there is a new method please!
A little R1+R2 and move player towards ball in the air just prior to receiving. Don't need much but it'll help massively if you didn't use this at all. I'll make a video about this.

Yesss, I changed it a bit. It's such a weird build but he doesn't turn like a tank anymore!! One of the biggest improvements. I'll get back to you! If I forget, remind me!!
I think player id matter more than stats. I have potw 98 mkhitaryan great passing and dribbling stats plus his booster gives him a plus 3 in his passing plus he has most of the passing skills and he still sucks at passing, his dribbling and tight possession is over 86 and he still moves like a truck

Yup, that's pretty much it! If you want improved player responsiveness on/off the ball - do this! I tried every combination as well as those recommended by other content creators but it's becoming more like FIFA where speed/acceleration is quickly becoming the most important stat.

Cheers dude, it hasn't been that bad but yeah, definitely noticed something was up since V4. First noticed the balance physicality switch in v4. But now the gameplay is smoother/fluid...easier to notice something wasn't right with my players. This change has had a huge impact
U never know when the script will kick in, when u spotted it like i did, fkg deleted the game. Few months after another update, then will play again hoping for better fix Now long shot curler with messi 108 is dominating, the player with jump contact and header 99 can easily beat the game with bullet header too. When script kicked in, ur passing failed, opponent thru ball works well, u cant do anything despite play match up defense. One thing i learned which it helps, if script kicked in , clear the ball, don’t try playing passing from your own box.
@@MrVG86 anyone passing in their own box....is silly. If you've seen my tutorial on defending since pes 2018 - I always tell people press shoot to clear. Never pass or try passing through a congested penalty box.
Hey spoony i had to ask, how far off can we be from the desired points like is 3-4 points away ok? Also do we have to BE EXACTLY on the desired stat or a bit above is ok as well. Can u also tell where did u get that table from it doesn't seem to tell u how to level anchor men
A bit above is fine. Sweet spot is even but even a few points here or there is fine like Nico for example. He's fine. Just not as good as Vini now. As for the table....it's the ideal squad build and anchors are a bit of a hindrance imo, don't offer anything going forward. But follow destroyer/orchestrator with more defensive focus
I think, sadly, the game is becoming more like FIFA and pace is almost essential to compete properly. Anyone sub 80 gets run around or caught up so quickly.

I don't take anchor men in the 23 man squad....but similar build to a orchestrator would be my recommendation. As for Suarez ... I'll get that for you when I'm on next

He was always a game changer for me, but now even with dribbling, tight possession close to 100, he suddenly moved ike a Lego brick! I thought Konami nerfed him. Sports game designers are horribly unrealistic, this isn't still 70s and 80s, you have all these attributes with players and strategy and you nullify it because of controller crap, sports games should be about players playing out their ability no controller manipulation, and according to strategy

Building in this game is usless..when scripting is the main part of this game..
