Hence, you need to go with Convertible.
In reserve instance is a discount applied for all services or only for EC2. For example, I have paid it all upfront but what about other services like s3, elastic ip, ebs cost does it all include in what I have paid or do I need to pay again for these services.

Are hourly charge needed to pay seperately over upfront price?
In case of partial upfront reservation, you pay an hourly charge as well. In case of a fully upfront reservation, there is no hourly charge.
