Building Bamboo stilt house is not strong enough for the rain and typhoon ,,,wood is stronger specially the Pillars .or stone is better so that you will feel safe but if you made it too close to the mountain it is also dangerous because might cause soil erosion or land slide specially when your digging too much the mountain part.
Who is paying to have everything demolished and removed from the property? This site will be the third attempt to build a secure home and it's still near water. The new area is higher, but is this even your land? You have always worked hard. You have been fortunate to have an easy going child with a happy personality, which did help you while working so hard. So, you must make sure what your doing is legal, having all the correct permits. Also, your daughter has a nasty cough that should be looked into. I do wish you well with having sound advice in what your going. Hoping this will be the forever home for you and your daughter.
