Why did we start this channel? I've struggled with resting and dealt with anxiety for my entire life. This channel is part of my journey to better sleep. Here's what we're currently using on our sleep journey (note some of these links may be affiliate links to help support the channel).

Hannah, your voice works miracles to destress me almost every night after work. I'm an early childhood educator, in charge of the nursery. Babies are hella cute but also hella loud 😂😭 It's a very stressful job and I can't thank you enough for creating some of the only content that calms my nerves and brings me peace ❤

I don't know if it will help you or not but try to think of stress not as a threat but as a challenge. Perception creates reality both on a mental and on a physical level. Change you perception of stress and you change the quality of your experience on all levels. Good luck on your finals!

I'll have to agree with Dee Va about how this relieves stress and stuff. I just remembered how my mother told me that when she took a shower at my Grandmother's house, someone opened the shower curtain in the basement bathroom. She also described how when the shower opened, it opened as if someone was taking a quick peek into the shower and immediately released it when she turned around towards the curtain. My god, that house is creepy. But it is located near 2 cemeteries.

This was great. Your patient seemed really stressed and I guess I was too as the energy in my solar plexus has started to flow after watching this! Love everything about Jeremy treatments. You tend to him so well he’s always “not too bad” which is very soothing. Chili also seems totally chilled - do you work on him too?

i sooo love your voice and your videos, it just makes me sad that they're getting shorter and shorter
Video times will vary! Don't worry this is definitely on the short side for us. We try for at least 15-25 minutes. In this case, we were renting space to collaborate in and we travelled to get there. So we only had a few hours to shoot all three videos. We'd love to do very long videos eventually, but Jer and I both work full time and each video takes around 6 hours with conceptualizing, scripting, setting up, shooting, editing and posting with thumbnail/description etc. So since we do 2x a week we just don't have enough hours in the day to do much longer. One day!!
