Ole's "little shit stories" are some of the best things out there.
    RIP, legend.

The one with RF is classic. He tears him to shreds.

Definitely a laugh that i dont regret. Awesome story, interviewer ki d of pissed me off by tossing in his question. Ole was on a roll.

Ole is 💯 % right about the wrist and small bone vs big boned people...

2:02 I think putting on weight to Ole, means muscle. The interviewer meant that he got fat. 😆

I think the official report was that Magnum was going a good bit under the speed limit at the time of the car accident. Seemed like a wet/slick road accident.

I get what Ole is getting at, but it's worth remember that according the UFC 1 programme, Shamrock has 7 inch wrists.
Someone's bone structure can't always tell you whether someone is going to mess you up or not.

Great Gotch story. Almost as good as his story of working out with an 85 yr old Lou Thesz who according to Ole, "frankly, he beat the shit out of me." Definitely one of the all time greats.

Gotch was blacklisted for a while and did actually take a job as a garbageman in Hawaii. I think it had something to do with refusing to put Buddy Rogers over. The story I heard was that within a few years he owned the company he was working for. When I visited him in Lutz in the late 70s he confirmed that was true.
(there were a lot of legends about Gotch, though. One rumor was that he lost his finger in the hatch of the German U-boat he was serving on- which was completely false ....or WAS IT? 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣)

9:31 So he's talking about Karl Gotch, and accidently says "Simon"... which is weird, Simon Gotch wasn't named that until 10 years after this shoot? 😆

he was talking about Malenko. Simon was his real last name.
