Alright this live performance isnt the best but the album was actually killer. I don't understand why everyone want the band to sound like it "used to". It'll never sound that way. We've moved on. Enjoy the new shit. It's simple
I saw them live with Matt and it was a lot better than this, the Energy was great and they all played their parts well. This tho...well everyone has a meh performance once in a while, nobody's perfect.

David Carmody I think they should’ve auditioned a new vocalist. Sure, get Matt in for the commitments they already had (though I think Neil could’ve done vocals from behind the kit), but then don’t book anymore until you’ve had extensive auditions.

This song rocks but not this live version, like their new direction, however the lead singer looks way too emo now, way different then back then... That said, hopefully they produce more music as we need them. Infrared!!!
Saw them 2 weeks ago with BB and his vocals were like night and day to this. That being said, ..he's a rock n roll singer and he's a mess. Probably lived these lyrics for real. So when he does sing stuff with edgy, uncomfortable lyrics, I'm OK with it live because it then becomes believable. Studio is a different story-no excuses for that. Maybe he saw this and figured he's better get his shit together. Either way, the band kills it like they've been doing this for over 20 years.
@@jordy2x_ I mean he does use autotune to death so I suppose you wouldn't try to get better for live auditions. Even tho he's "trying" Adam Gontier, Corey Taylor and lacy strum to name a few sound great in both.
