US Marshals stop and arrest - Del Rio, TX

I saw US Marshals stop a car and took out 2 people. They put a girl in cuff and put her towards the back and started talking to her. Then they took out a guy. After awhile they let the girl go. One Marshalsl saw me filming and took my picture. It's good. The US Marshals handed over the guy to the Sheriff Deputies and took off.
