I’m sure that ‘good deed for the year’ was one amongst many! Fantastic to see the young kestrels and it did bring a smile to my face. Thanks for taking us along and look forward to the feed-back on the Pro Sport.
Hi Simon, Thank you for another great, entertaining video. I think there's been a fair few bugs going around recently. I had a throat infection two to three weeks ago and felt really poorly. It will be great to hear what someone with your experience and knowledge has to say about your wonderful new Air Arms air rifle. I've never shot one. I think it's one of the most beautiful air rifles out there. I'm just not quite sold on the cocking lever and prefer the shorter one on the TX200 Hunter Carbine. Best wishes, Simon, and thank you again.

That was a very productive evening. It's a shame those foxes have to go. Love the ant hill mob! As for that baby Kestrel, it knew you are a good soul 🙂
Hi mate, I could have sworn I left a comment to this vid the other day, probably just another senior moment on my part lol. Reading some of the other comments though I couldn't agree more of how well and clearly you promote the ethical side of our sport. Many times when I get asked about my hobbies/interests their expression changes when I say pest/vermin control simply down to their ignorance about just how much conservation plays a massive role in what we do. Great vid as always, thank you and welcome to the AA fan club! Best wishes.
Ye thanks again Geoff to be fair the comments section on You Tube is misbehaving at the moment as when i reply to them i don't think you even see it any more.
Great hunting Simon after being down for the week. I was wondering about your fox friend Fredrick and you read my mind 😊. Great to see the family of Kestrel’s.
Hey Simon, good job man, 4 foxes down and saving a chick of my favorite bird of prey, hope they all survive and thrive well. love this video, cheers man 👌🏻
Excellent video Simon and 4 Foxes in one night the farmer and all of the nesting birds thank you. I know how you feel about taking out the young ones they don't realize what dangers are out but if you have to control them it's the only choice. Great work saving the young kestrel and the ram 🐏 stuck in the fence. I live in small city with a big backyard and last weekend I had a red fox show up while I was playing with new puppy and our 2.5 year old lab it didn't have a care in the world that we were out there. Cheers brother until the next one

I see your new Air Arms will be shown here shortly. I am looking forward to this. Cheers, indeed.
Hi Simon, nice seeing the kestrel I kept and hunted with birds of prey for over 30 years. I picked a new brk ghost up from Reece @ Cheshire gunroom in Stockport last week maybe I'll ump into you sometime. 👍
Excellent video! I don't blame ya for helping out that young bird. I would have too. AA rifles aren't the most powerful airguns out there, but they sure are high quality. I've owned an S510 FAC for a number of years now.
There's not much recoil with the rifle your using. As soon as I saw your demeanor first on , i knew something had changed. I thought you might have got yourself a new fluffy companion. The end , served a point to all of us. Im glad you're back on form. Always the best marksman! Good luck and God bless. R
Thanks for the video Simon, a good night on the foxes before the rain . Pro sport looks great , keep an eye on the cocking link pin , some of the earlier ones had habit of moving. atb neil.
Great, Simon! Last Wednesday at 1.45 am I was putting my bin out, when a fox come strolling down on the pavement. It saw me, and went onto the road and walked pasted me at no more than six feet. No doubt, going to the old farm down the way where they've ducks and chucks. My neighbour says its more or less the same time every night. How frustrating. Big Steve.
Sorry to hear you was under the weather Simon. Looks like you're on the mend and looking forward to seeing the Pro Sport in action in the near future. More specs on this model would be appreciated. Thank you for your dedication to wildlife conservation
The party;Reminds me of years ago in pro pest control,we had a shoot for feral pigeons on a trading estate. After going through all the usual bollocks of informing coppers in the hope we never got shot we turned up on the estate to hear music blasting out, turned out some ravers had broken nto a warehouse and had a weekend party so there's me and my mate stood in the middle of this trading estate with rifles and suddenly surrounded by ravers high on who knows what still dancing away as they made their way home... All i can say it was an experience that'll probably never be repeated. Funny old world it is at times.
Viewers probably know this already, but you can set the Alpex to 'auto record' and it's super reliable. It senses the recoil and saves footage ten seconds prior and ten seconds aft each shot. Works brilliantly even on my soft shooting Hornet. You can always override the auto record by starting manually, but it sits there in the background as a brilliant fallback. I only discovered the feature by chance. 👍
Ya know David i bought that rifle with my own money so i am not like promoting it but what a rifle honestly, at the gun club today to really see how it performs on paper i can't wait to be fair lol.

Excellent video, great shootin'. I was curious, does the UK still do the traditional horse mounted Fox hunt? Thank you for what you do, I really appreciate you.
Bitter sweet but good job on the foxes as always. Seen a couple of wolf pups in the woods here the other day, beautiful animals but the destruction they cause for farmers and the rest of the wildlife is tremendous. Number of deer and wild hogs went down dramatically nation wife in only a couple of years. One of the biggest rabbit populations in my local area went from literally tripping over them to nothing in about a month. But EU "laws" say its a protected and endangered animal so nothing that can be done unfortunately. Even scaring them with a paintballs has been banned by the courts. Perfect example why pest control is needed, even when its an apex predator.
When you went to shoot that second fox was there a third one go across the top of your scope footage and then once you were showing us the two dead foxes with the thermal l, almost looked like a third in the top left of your thermal as well.
@@simon6ppc246 yes, it does work.
