If you have power at that connection the fans are bad I don't know why no one has a video showing that it's pretty simple and you can run PowerDirector to the fan and if it doesn't come on then it is going to be the fan or the resistor that are usually built into the fan either way replace the fan of you have power at connection.
There is a failsafe. It is out of the ac gas (R134) . Had the same problem, after refilling the ac the fan run as normal
Hi danzon85, you may be right. Do you have a 3-Pin or 4-Pin connector on ac blower?

What could cause only having 0.4 V at the connector? Can't find 12V
