Some people are curious about what is in hotteok and there are cinnamon powder, brown sugar and assorted nuts. Some people forgot to mention cinnamon powder but it is the key ingredient.

chillzone I lived in Korea for 5 years and I never seen that lol I guess in this particular case they give customers chopsticks to let them pick up the hotteok with chopsticks and dip/scoop the icecream with the hotteok.
