You should have made your home grown talent a CB because of his physicality his defending was not so good but you could have easily upgraded that you should look into that more when you do this rebuilds

I don't know if you know but a suggestion is if you train your wingers or fullback to play on the opposite side from their own but never apply it so it just stays their it boost the growth of your players faster nit a crazy amount but if your player has a good season they can upgrade way faster and more convenient. Wish Fifa would value players based on their potential and club instead of just their rating. Amad is 68 rated but is playing for UTD and has a mid 80s potential. UTD would not let him go to for 3m or less lmao. Personal terms on this game are broken too. Amad would reject Derby straight away if it was a permenant move.

U can find them by checking a player like messi's club that he will retire in and if Messi retires the regen will be in the free agents or the club he retired in his potential will be Messis overall and his overall will be messi's stats when he retired
If you have a low rated team Brandon Vazquez is really good 66 rated but grows massively don’t pay his release clause because you can buy him for much cheaper!
