The reason why players are leaving is because of their contracts, some Leeds players that started off in the club might've had a crucial or important squad role and the substitutes you sign contracts get made by the assistant manager who might've put crucial or important as their squad role, another reason why players are leaving is because you are not renewing their contracts.

S2G is the GOAT of squad management and contract renewals and making sure players don’t leave…also credit to his editor ,always cuts out the unwanted content and misspoken lines(get the sarcasm plz)
And covers up for it by zooming in on Sid at moments that he messed up(like not renewing contracts then saying that "our squad depth is not there")

they lost Bamford, Kalvin Philip, Liam Cooper all of which is crucial players

After your create a club La Liga series, do a Super League with top 20 teams in Europe in a career mode. Choose one team for yourself and put them in Premier League. Turn off the CL and Europa league for the first season but turn on the transfer window. You can end it after one season.

PCQ : I don't know if you know about this or not but if you press L1 (Just press L1 , DO NOT HOLD IT) while having the ball , then the player closest to you would make a run forward , by doing this you could either break their defence line or exploit it :)

i know you've done manchester united career modes a lot but i really think you should do them one more time because this team is genuinely goated in fifa. they've got youngsters like jadon sancho, marcus rashford, AWB and many many more. they've got great players in fifa like bruno fernaNDES, and of course, cristiano ronaldo. they've got all the players for a second team and it would a great series
