Today the wife and I talk do a review of the 1 star reviews that folks have left for Hermès boutiques that we have visited in both the US and in Italy. We will talk about if we think the reviews are justifeid, and also give some advice to boutique goers about how to avoid having to leave a bad review.

No, I did not lose a bet, but the foundation of Handbag Husband is to follow along as we learn more about the Hermès brand, develop relationships with our sales associates from one side of the globe to another, and pursue some amazing handbags. Furthermore, with genuine interest, I want to learn more about what makes Hermès such an amazing brand and be able to fully embrace and appreciate the art form.

I wouldn’t expect to be offered a drink while visiting a store. I actually prefer to be left alone to browse and seek assistance if needed. In regard to the SA closing the store an half hour early. That’s totally unacceptable! However, if there was something going on inside the store, signage should have been placed to notify customers of an early closure.

Great video. Every Hermes store I know always has low ratings hehehe many people take it so personally when the visit the boutique. Hermes shopping takes patience.

Not sure about reviews, while I do look at them from time to time to reassure myself, I do think some reviews can be over the top and unfair reviews, it applies to not only shopping stores but also restaurants 😭
