Question about the barrier. On tv they replay and you can see the rider broke it but some time it’s so close it’s hard to tell. How do they know the difference? No rodeo knowledge just a Grandma following rodeo and ❤it. I also love your shows!
It's happens so fast on TV so there is no way you can see it "break". There is a piece of kite string that holds the barrier together. If the string is broken then that would be a "broken barrier"
