The original movie will never be topped it was so simple but done to perfection it blows my mind they cant come close to putting anything together thats half as good even the newest movies with cole young or whatever like why ? Whys it gotta be about a random mma fighter thats not part of MK just garbage garbage goro even looked like crap hows the 90s original mk still the best w all the budgeta graphics etc available today its embarrassn for true fans

I didn’t realize it got hate. I thought they did a really fun job.
Kevin Tancharoen truly did an amazing and amazing job. The film turned out exactly as it should be... dark and a little frightening... everything in the style of Christopher Nolan. The current creators of MK could have contacted him and taken a lot of advice... but it’s a pity..
I'm beginning to believe that Ermac's appearance served as inspiration for Netherrealm Studios in the character's appearance in MKX and MK1.
I'm learning VFX and I find this proposal excellent, wonderful work, editing, vfx, SFX choreography. We want more!!!!

Dan Southworth is the motion capture and voice actor of Vergil, a character from the Videogame series Devil May Cry. Which main weapon is a katana as well.
Vergil uses the Yamato not Katana....
If Kenshi is to play a role in the next MK movie i would most definitely want Dan Southward to portray the character

This was a very BAD representation of ERMAC on screen. I can understand that this was a low-budget series back then, but surely they could have done their homework on the character first.

No matter how many times I watch the clips from Mortal Kombat Legacy I can never stop hating this mess they made. This for example I don't care how Kenshi lost his sight but that encounter with Ermac the first time was a waste. Add the fact the Ermac look horrid. And we do get to see them fight Kenshi looks like Daredevil with a sword for one really and two the moves Ermac do were stupid. I understand they were trying to be different but why this. Boo for MK Legacy just boo.
I really enjoyed season one actually.
The only good thing it did was bring back Cary Tagawa as Shang Tsung in Season 2, but I think that was out of desperation for better viewership
I appreciated mk legacy during a time I couldn't have any other mk. And I wasn't about to get mk Armageddon or any of the 3D garbage
