AskAODHQ 12 What tips would you give someone starting out with content creation?

What kind of content to make, and what content skills you need to learn is largely dependant on why you want to start content creation in the first place. Is it for fun or are you hoping to turn it into a career. Each requires a different mindset and path. Not deciding and not taking the right actions can result in a lot of confusion and unnecessary frustration like I've discovered these last 13 years of making videos.
So nobody can decide those for you, and therefore nobody can advice you directly, you just have to pick your own path and then go do it. Re-evaluate after a year or so and go from there. I'm constantly re-evaluating and changing up my plans as I go along. I'm doing that right now. You hardly see me posting the same type of content for more than a year. I'm always experimenting, I'm always deciding year to year. I'm always learning. Hope this helps!
