In the least, Snow would probably have microed the 3 goons vs the tank such that he keeps all 3 goons at 1:09:25 and then backed up without losing the 4th goon, then microed the goons and reavers to delay for new shuttle, ultimately delaying the 3rd longer and killing more tanks.

could focus primarily on streaming, some people like rain and larva now play mostly fun games for content instead of grinding 1v1. There's fastest which is very popular in Korea too.
