She said “ pero” once in an interview, and the detective is now suppose to speak Spanish? This happens all the time with bilinguals, and usually the person corrects herself. It is a slip of the tongue, and it usually happens when one does not have mental presence. She sat there for 3 hours speaking English and because of a few words in Spanish, claims she needs a translator. The woman feels entitled.
She did not try to cooperate, sorry sis but she helped dispose of evidence, this is at least a charge we can attribute to her. She was involved with a married man messy people = messy situations. We can clearly see that she is holding back in the interrogations whether the prosecution will be able to probe this is another story, but your sister is getting the treatment she deserves.
