Clearing cache method worked! My prime app wasn’t opening no matter what I tried and I couldn’t uninstall as it is a factory app, but now it is fixed. Thank you!
Hi! Clearing the cache worked for me with the Prime Video app. However, I am having to do it every two days or so, which shouldn’t really be necessary? Also, I sometimes get subtitles too work, but mostly theydon’t. I am using the regular settings in the app. Is there any way to completely reinstall the app?
