Nice little Market .. Used to be bigger .. They use that area every year for an open music festival.. Should be on soon .. All night party till sun rise ..😳Our home is not far from there.. I love Rojales .. Walk down and have a nice morning coffee ..

here in austria, cheapest supermarket is lidl,potatoes 5 kg for 4 euros,, however, if you live out of the cities, the local fa rmers have potatoes 10kg for 4 euros.....still to early for fruit. in the towns there r markets but stuff is expensive... and also, it is an honest thing here, farmers have a stall with products and there is noone there, just put coins in a tin and that is it... enjoying the videos and getting tips of where to go, as in october i am back to play golf for 2 weeks, which is half the price in austria. cheers christopher
The new Potatoes are very cheap, a little bag like the ones there are €6 rip off Ireland, if you are passing Alcampo any day you might check the price for Diesel it's €159 a litre here, they are the cheapest for Diesel
Yes so true, have not been back to the U.K. for a while now, but understand it has got very expensive there also. They do say that the worlds cost of living is starting to slow down. The war in Ukraine has done a lot to cause it. Very sad.
Always like a good market and of course many of the traders do a circuit, so many of them are the same in most of the markets. The cost of food in the US far outweighs the cost of food in Europe. I have friends who live in the US and they told me that they paid 16,99$ for hamburger and fries. It’s outrageous and nearly 5$ for a loaf of bread. Not quite that bad yet, but who knows what will happen.
I split my year between the UK and Florida and my estimate last winter was that my grocery bill was one half to two thirds more expensive in Florida than at home and I dont eat meat. If I did it would, I am sure have been nearly double 😞
@@roxaneh99 it’s so expensive in the US my friends who live in LA who are English, they have lived there for years and tell me it has become very expensive now. Europe, although we all complain about is no where near as expensive as US now.

Price for 1 kilo potatoes in the Netherlands is 1.99 avarage, so much chaeper in Rojales😊
