Gabriel, you make me go to training even when I don't feel like! A little bit of inspiration, useful knowledge and experience paired with your very down-to-earth personality make me excited to enter the gym every single time. Thank you for that! ❤🚀💪🏾
Yeah right? I was literally searching for this yesterday. How does he read our minds? I have commented this in many videos, he always comes up with the right content in the right time fr
Gabriel idk if people tell you enough but im new to being a fighter and literally every question i have youve had a video about. Youve made it so much easier because coaches are great but when i have a 3am question youre a great supplement 😂
Varga! Can you please do a video on high altitude training? How can I simulate/mimick so I can get same benefits as someone living in Colorado. Interval training, running, etc. what are your favorites?
An idea is -- Action/Reaction is the only principle. Space and time. Faster is always better, so there's only space. What is the action/reaction to get the space you need? Action/reaction is the only style. It unifies offense and defense. It unifies different styles (Muay Femur, Muay Khao, etc) -- a fighter makes his style work because he understands action/reaction. It even unifies different arts (boxing, muay thai, wrestling, bjj, etc). Action/reaction patterns: creating tension, off balancing, head dives and shoulder misdirects, guard covers and turns, angles and pivots, fakes and switch stepping, etc. So far, getting a lot of success with this idea 🤌 thanks for the vid!
I Agree with you Gabriel, the thing of being more aggressive in fights can be in mind as well. I had a mental click ehere I volumed up and got more aggressive in sparring sessions Gabriel. But other than that you have to constantly prioritize defense. Amazing video none the less! 🥊
Very little editing I guess, just have some stuff to say, turn on the camera and shoot a 10 mins video. In one afternoon you likely can make 5-6 videos. Then schedule post them
Honestly Gabe I don't think I have this problem it's more the opposite I don't know how to calm down and I'm too focused and locked in. Not to where I want to hurt someone but I also hate to lose and make poor errors.
Any ideas to control adrenaline so one is not just loosing control and just powering through punches just to find out I loose stamina taking punches and dishing out bad ones.

How do you manage your time? You are probably the most prolific You Tuber.
I know your comment is meant as a compliment , but what does it mean ?
@@RUclipsr-2077 I think he mean that Gabriel Varga is very productive. So he want advices for productivity, like time managment

Thanks Gabriel
Dude I've had this problem where I'm too mellow and too playful. The algorithm must've been tracking my keyboard.
Happy teachers day coach
Was this video inspired by the Hegarty KO? Probable. Are we as Gabes online students going to benefit from it? Definitely

Same.

Keep distance, plan your combo/strategy/attack, setup, go for it, repeat.
Keep him at distance while you're planning and don't take too much time.
Just what I needed .... Yesterday🤕
