      @@watchingthecrazyworld7761 Well, that's not exactly how it works. His victim was a white person. No matter what race you are in the US, harming a white person brings a stiffer penalty. Had he injured a black person, the law really wouldn't care much about it.

      @jamesmabry5776 she probably is. Normally a person who chases someone is not a law abiding driver. 2 things first we should build an infrastructure around bikes and public transportation. I think we can do 2 things to prevent this we should start treating reckless driving seriously. A car is a heavy machine any shenanigans with heavy machinery in the corporate world leads to termination or other harder punishment. Why do we drop our standards when we introduce these machines to the public

That's also why you've got all of these sovereign citizen idiots that claim its their right to "travel" behind the wheel of a car. The only thing I'll slightly disagree with you on is if you instigate a road rage incident, I think you should lose your license for 6 months to a year. Cases like this show how far road rage can go.

    She is at fault just as the man being charged, If she and the other people hadn't threatened/chased him she would still be here today.
