Only a minute or two in and the speaker already doesn't know who has the call 🙄
The thuggery of tge Opposition is the problem here. They have always hated the Resrve Bank and Public Servants.
In Canada, when they have a vote like this one clerk (usually the head clerk) would record it and other clerk would name the members by riding first the ayes and then neys each MP would stand up and bow to the speaker.
Late reply but that seems like it would take so much longer to do
Least this parliament member get some exercise ... they don't have stiff legs
